| How do I upload coordinates into the SET 300/500/600 instrument? |

| Sokkias "Prolink" is STRONGLY suggested to upload coordinates to any Sokkia Total Station. From Prolink, you must have coordinates either Keyed in or Imported from a text file. The "Field Book" view should be filled with Coordinates. From there, click on and . Select the "Field Book" option and use the SDR33 option for export format.
On the Set, verify your baud rate in the menu and then click F3 for and then select the option.
Now you want to go into the . The instrument should be now ready to accept input. Leave it be for now. In Prolink select the tab and you will want to use the SDR33/31. Click on the tab to change the baud rate.
After these options are correct, keep OKing the screens and it will send the field book. You should see that the Set500-600 should be receiving records. This data will be stored in the "Known Data" section in the instrument.
NOTE: Data transfer can only take place on this instrument using a DOC27 cable from SOKKIA. |
